Free meditation course

We are able to sense things in five (actually, six) different ways. And every single sense is just amazing. But these days we are mostly in our heads, with thoughts, with language.

HIKE & DRAW Drenthe

Armed with oilpastels and a sketchbook we will explore the beautiful nature in Drenthe. We will harvest our senses and put our experiences to paper.

Nature awareness weekend

Through drawing, painting, hiking and small challenges with fellow participants we will explore the beautiful nature of Drenthe (and ourselves).

What’s the point of life, really?

I always thought this was a question that couldn’t be answered. We don’t know, do we?But actually… I do think I have the answer…

“Wait, wut?! You have the answer on the question of questions?’

Well, the answer isn’t that complicated as you might think. It’s an easy question with a simple answer:

Living.

Because living is just utterly, extremely, amazingly beautiful! It’s so complex, there is so, so much to experience! With our bodies as tools to do so.

And your body is pretty amazing and capable of doing exactly that.

We are able to sense things in five different ways. And every single sense is just amazing. But these days we are mostly in our heads, with thoughts, with language. And we forget to sense, to live.

That’s why I’ve made this 5 short meditation-like practices. For you to try out and experience what I mean.

They are all 5 to 10 minutes long, so you can do them anytime, anywhere.
